Another popular request has been allowing for the manipulation of the user's sidebar. Requests have been put in for custom blocks as well as moving the blocks around. I have added an interface that fulfills both requests. Take a look:

Here we have a list of available blocks. We may move the blocks up and down, as well as disable blocks that we don't wish to display. The forum administrator may set specific blocks so that they can not be moved and can not be disabled. Say, for example, you want the search block to always be at the top.
From here you may also add and edit your own custom blocks. You can see my custom blocks in the above picture, where I had added a links block and a block that just says BLOG.
The block editor is the standard vBulletin WYSIWYG editor.

The allowed number of custom blocks is a usergroup permission, where the ability to create custom blocks can be disabled.
