All the skins work with 3.6.10, which is just a security update… you will need to run a search and replace to change the session url variable… for more details, have a look at the official thread:

When you are a new customer, you need to go here: http://www.transversestyles.com/index.php?tsv=order … From this page, you’ll register a username/password combination that will be used on these forums as well. You do this after selecting your skin.
If you are a returning customer, you can simply go to the order page and select your skin. Your information will already be shown and you can easily proceed to PayPal.

Current skins will work with 2.3.4. The skin changes are only two, but they aren’t necessary.
