Change of License on the Wiki

The license on the wiki has been changed to the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported. Authors who have text within the wiki and do not agree to this new license should contact any member of the Management Team. From this point forward anyone who wishes to make changes to the wiki agrees to release their work under this new license. Tags: manage, phpBB, release
