Thanks for your generous feedback, i have been so exhausted at how vBulletin skins and designs all appear to focus around the same generic feel and style. I wanted something different, which users could immediately associate with The Staff Lounge. I have a couple more updates to maintain here and there including the implementation of another more features on the forumhome template a little better than current. Once complete we can once again refocus on the promotional and content aspect of forums, directory and blog - BTW during the recent PageRank update The Staff Lounge continued to increase to a PR4, impressive considering there hasnt been much activity here promotionwise lately.
