Troops cannot defend a city that's flat. The city is not hills and hills like New Jersey. Once the hurricane formed, that city was long lost and nothing could stop it. Isnt that the whole point of a soldier? To put his life on the line for his country. Did they travel to Iraq to taste a selection of their finest delicasies? Certainly not.
