I'm on a protein diet myself, so soup is right up there for me. Most of the soup I am comsuming contains 10-15 grams of protein per serving. It helps when I am supposed to be consuming 150-160 grams per day (ah, here come the protein shakes with 20-50 grams each

).
Works out pretty well and I am able to still eat what I've been eating for the past 10 years (chicken, steak, beef jerky, etc).
Meat is a must though, no exceptions.
