Increasing traffic.. Hmm. Honestly, before you even think of increasing traffic, make your site the best it can be with some very active members. They will give links to friends eventually. And as long as you have a site that will interest people, they will stay. As loing as you have a very active forum, it won't matter whether or not you have several thousand members.
