This update fixes a minor loop-hole in the topic title editing permissions. This update is a single file and doesn't have any language or template changes. We recommend that you apply this update to keep your board up-to-date.

Please note that this update will only work for IPB 2.1.6 boards. If you have a version previous to IPB 2.1.6 then you should download the full package and upgrade your board to IPB 2.1.6.
