I got this game at Best Buy a while ago, but just recently got around to playing it since I don't play games as much.

What...happened? It's...so girly :?

The gameplay, and music make it seem like a cheap Charlies Angles. And the only way to get 100% is to have a guide book. I mean seriously, you can't get the good ending without doing some pointless task between chapters. And with all those townz available, how would you know where to go? And the game doesn't even help you out on where to go for side missions, just the main story line.

The dress sphere's are annoying since the time it takes to change "jobs" between battles get's old real fast. So I turned those movies off. I'm glad the active time system is back, but since it's a "sequal", shouldn't they have kept the turn based gameplay like in the amazing FFX?

The game aint "bad", just not "good" like the other FF games. Am I being to un-fair, or do you agree with me on this?

FFX wasn't all that great. FFX 2 was even worse. FF1, 2, and 7 were my favorites, easily. FFX 2 was just.. pointless.

FF 7 and 10 are my favorites. 7 for being the start of it all (still playen to this day!) and 10 for it's cool new battle system.

Totally agree. The only FF game I will ever buy again is FF7 for PS3. If they make it. If that is really good, then disregard my first sentence.

The Materia system in 7 was and is still my favorite. I hated how you gained magic in 8...draining them from enemies and items got annoying very fast.

Who else agree's;

The only true FF game after 6 were 9.

9 had mini stuff with mysterious character models. A fine design in worlds with a real "fantasy" feelings. The characters didn't look "human" even though they were. Some had tails and big ears, giving it that old school look.

That was just a group of people, fighting for a good cause. Some experiments here and there aswell. Nothing more. It was a good game, but nothing that took much imagination like 9.

I never said it wasn't XD It's my favorite, besides X. But the basic game story isn't as "magical" as 9's.

9 has a flippen priness who falls for a low common theif! That's hot man! And a knight who's steps made a clank as he walked. That's fantsy like right there XD

I love FFX2.....

I really like the dress sphere system. And the game is full of humour XDD, I always crack up about Paine's sarcasm, and Rikku's jokes. But maybe I like the game because I'm a girl. Although my ex did like the game as well, but all of his friends disliked it. I even know a guy who almost threw his controller at the tv because he didn't understand the dress shpere system lol.

Anyway, I was completly obsessed by the game at first, I play it a bit less now. But moslty because I don't spend that much time behind the ps2.

n00bs o.o XD anyway x-2 { They butchered blitzball. WTF?" was kinda stupid but it had it's moments for me but overall I think it's about the shortest FF if you go straight through with no side quest it takes 23.5 hours to beat that's even with leveling up with the side quest it's only about 10 more hours that is majorly short. the graphics and sound was great I liked the imporvement to the sphere system. I didn't like as said above the length and the damage to the blitzball system. But even if this was a bad game in the series I am a true fan and I am waiting for 12 I've already played the demo and it looks to be all the thing thats FF fans expect a Final Fantasy to be like.

12 will be the first to feature a control camera system. Plus, I am a FF FREAK. I beat all the games without a guide, seeing how I can complete with it's help. Than I beat the games again, for the hell of it, and with guides to see all the exciting stuff I might have missed.

He must be retarded in the head seeing as how the dress sphere system was the easiest character control scheme. It was just way to easy to understand. FFX had my favorite level up system, with the giant board of attributes, just waiting to be opened XD

I know about how they butchered the Blitzball game in FFX-2. You can't even control the characters...XD At least the moves where cool and your characters could get injured, which added a nice twist to it.

Did you know that you can play as Tidus in X-2? Just beat the game, and play the extra game. You will able to challenge the Zanarkand Abes in Blitzball and if you beat them (good luck, there states are like, perfect), you can trade there "star player" (Tidus) for one of your characters!

FFX-2 is short indeed. But the side missions are actually GOOD so I'll give the game that as something nice about it XD
