Log In-> My Controls-> Options-> Email Settings
Here you will be able to change privacy settings and board preferences.

Privacy Settings
Hide My E-Mail Address from Other Members
This option allows you to hide your email from other members so that they won't be able to send you messages via the board. To select this option, check the box.

Send me any Updates sent by the Board Administrator
This option allows you to be sent any updates sent by the Administrator, and be added to the Admin's mail list. To select this option, check the box.

Board Preferences
Include a Copy of the Post when E-Mailing Me from a Subscribed Topic
This option will allow you to send a plain text version of the post in the subscription email. To select this option, check the box.

Send a Confirmation E-Mail when I receive a New Personal Message
This option will allow you to send an E-Mail Confirmation of any new personal messages sent to you. To select this option, check the box.

Enable 'Email Notification' by Default?
This option will allow you to automatically subscribe you to any topic you start or reply to. To select this option, check the box.
