I saw it, and was quite disapointed.

They really changed the story line, and the action sence wasn't actually awe(ing) me. Instead of the traditional "hell invades earth, and you are the chosen one made to end it", they went for a more "we invented so and so and it makes people turn into so and so."

The beginning is slow and there's alot of suspence to it. When the last 35 minutes of the movie kicks in though, you will be be entertained.

This was the first movie to even use the First Person-View thing. But it only last for about 3-4 minutes, but was cool non-the-less.

All in all, it was worth watching, but hard-core fans might be disapointed.

I give a 6/10

Worth the watch, not worth buying though.

Don't disclude House of the Dead .....Not sure if anyone remebers that game, but they even have the 'gun shots' from the game in this movie.

What is wrong with people? I've not seen Doom, yet, although it wasn't really on my must-see list. I like The Rock, but I never realled liked the game.

House of the Dead was almost as bad as B movie. It was horrible. Terrible directing.

Never see a movie based on a game. Never play a game based on a movie.

They need to make more movies out of good games. Anyone agree with me?

Well the only good one out right now in my opinion would be Resident Evil. Hmmm...there is Final Fantasy but let's not kid ourselves here... there is a huge debate about Kingdom Hearts being a movie O.o

Movies I think they should make into games are...
God of War
Devil May Cry (I'm not so sure about this one..but I would prefer to at least see if they did a good job making it before I judged it)
