The last PPV, No Mercy, was great. Not AWESOME, but worth watching. I kinda predicted Batisita would win BUT, notice how well Eddie did? He even got Batista in a few submissions holds which isn't easy for someone as tall as he is.

Eddie is awesome, and has always been one of my favorite wrestlers. Eddie lasted longer than most people last in the ring with Batista and actually gave him a good fight. Batista wins to easily though, that's why I hate the larger wrestlers like him.

It's all about Triple H, Eddie, Rey Mysterio, and the lengend of legends, Hulk Hogan!

I hate John Cena though. Such a poser. And his finishing move, the F-U, is just a standing Fireman's Carry hold. Lolz, so who else likes to watch WWE? Who's your favorite wrestler? PPV? Finishing move?

Not to rain on your parade, HM.. but you know that "professional" wrestling is fixed, like a play, right? It's hard to discuss this like a sport if it is fixed.

I've watched some for humor and entertainment, which is what World Wrestling "Entertainment" is, not a League, or Tournament. During that time, there were a lot of ups and downs, and I couldn't believe how childish some of the "plot twists" were. In fact, it was intoxicating, and nearly overpowering, as I was compelled to continue watching.

I liked .. er .. Gah, I forgot his name. It's been a while since I've actually watched it. Nicknamed "The Wolverine" or something. Had some finishing move "The Crippler Crossface" or whatever. His character seemed interesting.

Your talking about Chris Benoit. And stop pointing out the obvious. I knew wrestling was fake from when my father told me when I turned 10.

It's ENTERTAINMENT, remember? And I find it very entertaining. I love WWE, as well as the millions of others fans around the world.

Damn, haters always point that out. It's old news already. Just watch it and enjoy the show Ryan, and learn the ways of the Steel Chair hitting a persons head!

Now on topic!

Real wrestling isn't entertaining. WWE is hilarious and fun to watch. I mean, you know what's going to happen, but sometimes you just gotta see it. Meh.. Just me, I suppose. I'm not a fat loser, either. =/

I need some laughs on Monday night.

WWE isn't funny. I think its stupid. A bunch of guys in tight shorts on steroids gawking about how big their muscles are and they are constantly grabbing each other in the ass......

If you don't like it, than just ignore this thread. Don't waste my time with your pointless comments.

Real wrestling is what Kurt Angle did to win his gold medals. High School wrestling is a prime example. Real wrestling is a grappling sport. WWE wrestling is a very entertaining show where the actors perform moves you don't get to see in official wrestling.

That's why it's called entertainment. Now, can we just keep on topic?

I love watching RAW. I know it's scripted but aren't most shows? Anyway, it's been pretty entertaining since it came back to USA network. But the way JR got "fired" left a bad taste in mouth. Pretty distasteful and disrespectful if you ask me.

I used to watch it a long time ago, though after watching for so many years, the entertaining part dwindled. Way back when WCW was around and Sting was wrestling, things used to not be so predictable, but they have lost that since the demise and reformation of one solid company, WWE.

Don't get me wrong, WCW was on their way anyway, when they were bought out their demise was evident, but I just can't get into the new stuff.

I used to love it and I don't really hate it, I just can't bring myself to watch it anymore.

Yeah the quality has gone down a lot. The reason is probably because they don't have any competition (well now TNA is gaining viewers, but they're not a threat).

No matter how you look at it, WWE will always stay on top. It's just to cool. And the way JR got fired, lol, was just the act they were using as he was going to retire.

But JR was one of the things that made wrestling worth watching. His commontary was awesome. He was very talented but I guess he got kinda bored with it after 30+ years.

To JR!

It went back to it's original channel, THE USA NETWORK. Check your cable listings for that channel.
