I like yellowcard. Anyone who has ever talked music with me knows this.


They have a new album coming out next month, according to MTV. Their main site said it was delayed until January a while back, so I'm not sure if MTV is using outdated information or if YC changed their mind.


BTW, Yellowcard did Ocean Avenue if you don't know who I'm talking about. They also have a song on the game Burnout Revenge.



Their main claim to fame, I think, is their violinist. Yes, they have someone who plays the electric violin in their band. It might seem awkward but it really distinguishes the music to me. Especially their song "Gifts and Curses" which was on the Spiderman 2 OST. Note: Ryan Key, the lead singer, is as huge a Spiderman fan as I am a Yellowcard fan.

The only time i have ever even heard of Yellow Card was during their performance at the MTV Awards where they did this sort of triplet performance with some other bands symbolisings MTVs apparant multi cultural appeal by having some austrialian group perform too *sigh*
