Hi,
I have seen that there are a few hacks on forums which send a PM to the user whose title has been taken by someone in the arcade.
Do you think that could be implemented here?

Indeed, i am currently ticking all these boxes barring the contact by Email method. Although i agree it would be nice for a certain amount of these options to be enabled by default ... i'll post this as a suggestion for development.
