Ok I have an article, where do I post it, and what if it's like totally general, like starting a forum.. but it has much to do with traffic and other things! Where should I post it?

Just to clarify. Post your Article in Forum Reviews. All threads are moderated, therefore it will either be accepted or moved to an appropiate from there on.
