A post count is often overlooked, for example, if i where to promote a friend of my to the position of a "Technical Administrator" it would be his duty to ensure that behind the scenes, on the server, and the programming side of The Staff Lounge was all running smoothly, probally posting updates whenever neccessary therefore his post count would be much lower than others but his activity, his effort, and his contribution to the forum would still be second to none. Cole has been providing me with numerous tips on howto improve my forums, such as a Community Promotion Exchange idea which i am still investigating BTW
Also choosing somone for the Support Team means that they are required to have knowledge of a wide variety of forum software as to help a wide a variety of users as possible. And from Coles application i would believe this to be the case.
