I think that TSL should have a forum for all the vBulletin or IPB newbies that are looking for simple questions to be answered concerning their forums. Like a "How do I" style questions.
This would be very useful as I am sure alot of the people here have a lot of experience working with these boards and that alot do not have any...
Just my 2 cents

Yes, but it doens't have the sort of forum I was looking for, I am clearly stating a support forum to answer common questions rapidly.

Like a sorta instant responce forum? We do that there as well, it's the same thing.

But let's see what Mike has to say about this.

I was thinking of adding in a Support Ticket functionality.
So that each query would be dealt privately, and personally.

Your thoughts?

I have seen what the forums are and I think it really has nothing to do with what I was looking for.

Check this for an example.

"How do I"-style questions
Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

I know what you are in reference too, more like a support based forum instead of a development and discussion forum right?

That could work. I thought a FAQ page would be good, a while back. What would the forum's name be?

"How do I"-style questions <-- took from Drupal.org
My forum is up and running but how do I...?

I think it really relates to what board admins will be looking for.

How Do I Questions
Ask your "How Do I" related questions inside this forum with relation to how do things and make changes to your forum and its appearance.

What about that ( ^ ) for a forum, and forum description?
