OK so I've seen most of the features. Except this one:

They need to make a special Premmision Mask and might need to make them.

We are in a group. vBulletin has permission masks built into the group. Nothing like IF or IPB.

Yeah but you must set it up forum by forum... Not like IPB agian...

The forums have been created and are all working correctly.
Can you not see either of these forums at all?

Thanks for that, it turned out that the forums category was not configured correctly for Premium Member users. Hopefully you can make sufficient use of your private forums.
