Summury:Well basicly this article is about securing your forum for the best of ways, do get rif of spammers, and such things like those that will make your forum crumble into pieces.

The Big 4

Secure a good password: Make a good password that noone can guess , soething that doesn't relate to your persnality.
Secure your email: Some one can steal access to your email account and then request a lost password. To prevent this, have a secure password on your email account and do not share your email account with others.
Pick admins carefully: This is very important! never ever make someone else another admin uless you have complete trust in them!
Never give out your password:No matter what you do never ever give out your password, this is to be know by you and by you only!

Avoid problems:
All ways think one step ahead before making someone a staff or and admin it only takes a cupple of seconds to detroy years of work. Again trust those who you would trust with your heart, people like family cousins, best freinds, people like that.
Check Admin Logs - I don't know about any other ftype of foums like thse, but i know invision free does have this its in your admin contrl panel, all ways , allways take a look at these admin or mod logs you check what they did, like deleting topics and post. If you see people like this emidietly banned them because they are just not trust worthy.
Banned problem makers: Another important thing, if you or your mods spot a spammer who just won't listen, banned him on the spot! its better to lose one member then to loose all of your members, because this can influince other members, by banning anoying members and there i.p adresses,You make your adminstration and forum a powerful and well organized one.
