Other notes: We are using the skin linked below, however, due to some temporary problems with the IBStore link in the header, we had to go with the default skin in order to let the members enjoy, the skin will be back up a.s.a.p.

Additional Notes: I feel that this forum is lacking in some pretty important areas at the moment. Firstly your skin design doesnt really exist at all, it is essential for an appropiately customized skin to be used in your forums to help create a positive brand image and corporate identity, using the defualt IPB skin doesnt do anything for the site. Also the forum URL has the folder name /forumss which seems like a bad spelling error gone unmissed. Perhaps you could remove the /forumss name or just install the forums onto the root directory for easier spidering by bots. Good luck with your forums, it has alot going for it context and theme wise.

The folder name is like that for reasons. How can I make the forum be in the ROOT directory?

You'd need to move the files via FTP.

That will take some time, but I have time for it. Though, Michael, won't that screw up with the access to the forum?

You also have to change the path in the ACP. Otherwise all the links won't work.

I don't like giving a rating so if you want I can give a review, but it will be short and too the point =D

  • I think you should get rid of the Messaging Clients
forum. I don't think it deserves a forum
  • The Computers forum should be removed because in my opinion anything that can be posted there already has a dedicated forum.
  • A custom skin would work so well. I can skin IPB so if you need help...
  • The Feedback and Community Chat forums have such a similar theme you may want to merge them.

It looks like a great forum. If I have the time I would surely join. Good luck!

A skin would be great, but I'm almost done with ony of my own, I just need to finish the graphics for it and then I'm all set to go with the skin part.

I've read your comments and I'm thinking of going through if some.
