Additional Notes: Duelist Underground to me will always be a special forum. The sort that just has something extra, whether it be in its attitude or personality it has something over the (literally) thousands of other yugioh/entertainment forums. I think that personally areas of improvement may be in the skin and in the forum layout, although both are impressive the layout is in consistant in how many forums there are per category, try keeping them organised and related to one another this way new members dont feel lost and confused.

The skin perhaps could do with being slightly more customized giving the site abit more of an identity which i feel it lacks. There is no real logo for DU, nothing consistant in all propaganda related images which allows the mind to immediately relate this particular image, (IFL in the old days for example) with DU. It doesnt have to be a character, perhaps a modified letter or slogan.

Additional Notes: I like your DU. You've done a great job with it. You guys mod and admin it very professionally and caringly. Things you could do to make it better is maintain a consistent skin/images theme like Mike said, and to increase member activity, along with getting more members. Perhaps by advertising, or spreading the word of your place.

All in all, I would give it a B+, or an A- I like the board. It's too bad I'm not really into YGO or other TCGs anymore.

Well dave has pretty much changed the way of DU, It still targets those those who play Yu-Gi-Oh or TCG but still have the great variety of a General Forum to attract more members and give them all something to talk about, activity yes it does need some i do agree with that.

Additional Notes: Dude, we have the post which is great BUT even with our somewhat large amount of members, I'm getting board of seeing the same faces everytime I log on which is why I've been absent for the past few days. The skins are gay, really gay. Only one is good and that is the main one. All the others were just thrown in the there which makes no sence since they suck and don't even have banners. The layout though is tight and well thought out. When it comes to the Admins, the only true Admin is Dave. that's it, the other two don't do anything. Not saying there in-active, just that you do most of the work. That makes no sence since the other 2 are supposed to be helping you.

When it comes to Moderation, it's almost perfect. Thanks to me that is, lol. I switched up the teams while you went missing and you have to admit, it rocks. The activity is going down the drain. School and the lack of advertising only allow the more loyal members to show up. Originality....it's was Mike's forum and you just picked it up. Seems odd that your own Moderator is bashing DU but I'm just telling the truth. The forum is still great and I won't just leave. The General Lounge needs me.....

Its a moderator who has the greater understanding of a forum and what it needs. But i guess you can guys can become more critical too ...

OH how I wish I could just be a g-mod it has to be all time favorite posistion espescially on DU.. Just the right amount of respect and none of the duties of an Admin. At first I was kinda happy to be made admin way back then but even like a week before the hacking I started thinking like an admin and I wasn't having as much fun as I did as deck team or g-mod... And now like HM said I am the only real admin and now I really cant afford just to enjoy DU cause I've got to manage it. And my managing skills aren't as good as yours mike so it's alot harder for me I think. Don't think for a second that if I could find someone that would devote as much to DU as I have to be admin in my stead I wouldn't do it.

I have to agree with the two of you. Lately I have been reminiscing on the old IF DU.. And I have to admit, I really miss it. The second was really going well for a while, but no offense to you guys, but Mike had it down like a science. I mean, he took DU and just kept making it bigger and better. Your DU was a great community, but it just stayed the same. Posts were high, but it was the same people (a lot from IFDU), and the member count wasn't all that great.

You guys have a nice forum. IFDU was priceless. And I'm hoping this site can maybe become something like that one did, in the eventual future.

Hmmmmm the new DU is definetly a very nice forum. The skin is atroshous though. Pretty much all of the buttons are also pretty bland. You do have a nice amount of skins though so everyones happy. You have great moderaters and nice admins. Your post count is extremely high for the amount of members it has. All I can say is keep up the good work.
