Other Notes: Main attraction of the site is the text-based mmorpg. A Brief descrpiction of this mmorpg: After a long conflict, the Imperium was formed, the Kaiser at its head. Within his domain, those who seek to oppose, kill and deviate from the rule of law exist, fighting those who respect justice and order. This is the War within Peace. The Imperium Warfare.

Doesn't seem to have been developed or attended too for quite a while recently, perhaps you should work on promoting your website further through IM programs and via your signature in related MMORPG forums too.

I agree with Michael. The rules need to be revamped, and more staple threads need to be made. It's a tedious job, but turn the forum offline for a week or so, and get everything together. Work for a few hours a day on it, then commit some time to being active on a related forum or board. And be sure to take some time to work on topsites, and recruiting, once the forum reopens.
