Other notes:I know my avatar is too big so don't downgrade me because of that. Also, I would really love to get some more info on how to advertise and get more members....I've tried everything!

It's a nice place. Been around a while; ever since the IFDU, correct? Anywho, you should probably try and advertise more, get more members, because the ones you have right now are not active at all. 170 members and 7000+ posts. That can be fixed with some events to draw a little attention. Try going to different forums and gradually pushing your forum onto others.

Like the skin and the color scheme, too. It looks nice, and overall, it's pretty well desgined with the forums. Banner looks great, too. Your forum is presented very well, IMO. Just need to get active members, and maybe a little something to make your forum stand above all the rest. Such as an event that encourages people to go there and post.

Advertising takes patience. But keep at it, and eventually people will join. Make a reputation as a good staff member somewhere, and people will join your forum. Trust me.

Then go in a new direction. Deface the site, make it look different. Hell, even change the name. No use beating a dead horse. Remake the thing, but keep it a gaming site. Then, maybe add some Staff. Make some friends in high places (admins and staff of popular forums). Like I said, making staff on a big forum makes your forum get +credit immidiately.

I think perhaps you forum needs a USP. A unique selling point, this is something all successful forums have, and those which eventually become iconic are those which have understood their unique ideas and built and capatalized off them.

You mean something that my forum has that no other forum has.

That has always been something reviewers have told me. And for video game forums they are hard to come by. Do you have any ideas?

Perhaps become something more than a video game forum. Offer something else, but not entertainment nor GFX, they are as a triplet the most overdone (including gaming). Of course it is now impossible to be unique, but what can easily make you unique is your attitude and your understanding of your sites topic.

Yeah, everyone seems to do videogames nowadays. Add something to your place, that not a lot of forums have, and do it well. Maybe a section about modding and computer technology. I mean, advanced stuff, not beginner basics. Although, I guess you could make tutorials on how to do things, like mod your Xbox, etc. Neat idea.

Not sure if it's overdone or not.

I'll try and a get a more organised comments system so that reviews can be moved much more easily without having to guess if they have been completed or not, as we have now.

Moving
