Your post and member count is rather low, but it is very good for only 12 days. The skin overall has some flaws, such as regular images and things, and this needs improvement to make the forum more unique. The design looks similar to one other board, however it does seem appealing.
The overall layout looks ok, but it does need some work. A suggestion is to keep all of the advertisments together. The layout does make sense however. Mayeb consider moving the Political debate closer to the Rights & Soceity debate forum, and moving the Scientific forum closer to the Out of This World forum.
The Administration is active, yet the forum seemst to need more things that will bring them together as a community. Forums are highly different than a community. Do you think that your forum's members have a close bond with each other? You appear not to have any moderators, and that is not very good. Moderators are a key part in a forum.
Member activity seem sto be rather fine, around 25 posts per member. It seems somewhat original overall, but it could use some more forums to get more active, but not too many when your just starting uot.
Overall, I would give it around a 7.5-8/10. It needs a little bit more originality, but it seems to be very good for a forum that is just starting out. Keep up the good work.
