Many students and employees get some time off for the holidays. I myself am in school and we only get 9 days off for the holidays. My Christmas break starts on Christmas Eve. We have a day of school on the 23rd, which I think is outrageous. We have to go all this week and we go back January 3rd. You?

That's a rip-off Jen. At my school, we start Vacation one week before Christmas, and come back one week after! Private schools offer more vacation time, unlike Public Schools which is unfair IMO.

Starting my break this Thursday, going back Jan 2nd.

That is really weird, we break up this Thursday and return on the 11th January 2006, although we do have module exams on the day of our return so we arent as lucky as once pretold.

Yeah, don't feel bad. As soon as I return to school we receive midterms and our finals for the semester
