Who IYO is the most over-rated band?

For me:

Metallica - Be around to long. Time to put in the towel guys. You were good back than but not now.
Green Day - There all...gay... :tongue: And there music has been so controversal latly, that it's sad.

These 2 for me. This of course is my opinion so no haten. Now, it's your turn!

I love LP and Green Day ... erm as far overrated i wouldnt really know, since i am more into single artists i dont know why but for some reason after checking out my playlist there isnt one group there. O_o

LP is next gen? LMAOBBQMAYONAISE. How are they next gen? More like last gen.

They are good. I like their music, but they are way, WAY overrated.

Btw, music expresses a person's feelings (in some cases nowadays, though, since everyone wants to rap about their 24 inch chrome rims, but okay, that's feelings, I guess), why can't it be controversial? =/

Word, LP is like the middle stage. After some time you'll have to decide whether you're Emo or Indie Rock/Alternative rock.

Overrated? My Chemical Romance is soooooo overrated....along with The Killers, Good Charlotte, and Simple Plan.
