I've been having frequent back spasms lately. For those of you not sure about the medical term, it's basically when your muscles contract without your permissions and ... "spaz" out. It makes it hard to walk, sit, or stand still without a pretty bad limp and lean. Anyone ever had an annoying problem like this before?

Indeed it sucks..

And no, I don't play basketball. I think it's from carrying so many damn shopping bags.

I had a muscle/back pain once before a couple of months ago. It was because we got a new like air mattress for whenever we have company. It was so comfortable I slept on it all the time instead of my bed. That air mattress was what caused my muscle/back pain. Maybe that will help you.

That sounds terrible, i havent experienced anything like this at all, although sometimes my hands and my eyes get a little out of control. I just need to blink or stop writing and it goes away though, is there some sort of "back positioner" you can use to help decrease the amount of "spasms" you get?

I think I just need a back massage and a heating pad. If that doesn't work out, then I'm going to see a doctor.

I have something similar o.0
But I have that problem where my bones can easily break ^^;; Can remember the term for it.
My back only hurts if I lean forward or push something >__> I think it's because I fell on my back when I was skating once...
