After reading post in www.aforumblog.com about "cheating" Alexa, and to see just how easy it could be to attain a much higher ranking that previous received i have dediced to setup a little text Alexa page of my own.

Here you will find two Alexa Graphs, and an Alexa Site Info image too, all three of these images are "apparantly" recommended by "experts" to "cheat" (ok, the quotes are getting annoying now ) Alexa rankings.

Well here is our ranking before the test, i'll keep a (semi)regular update of these rankings to see just how easily this can be done. Also note it is also also recommended for users to browse the forums running under the Alexa Toolbar. If you would, this would help in this case study too.

Thanks, havent experienced any ranking updates for a couple of days now, but i guess with it being Christmas forums are settling into their rankings more. I guess i need to visit TSL with the Alexa Toolbar that little bit more!
