What are you using to create the piece? And how did you create the rainbow effect within the clouds really impressive.

I used Adobe photoshop cs, i used a combanation of radial blur and some gaussian blur. Mainly payed a round with the colors and the blur filter also used many layers. (=

Its a little bit big, and the colors to me don't really fit the theme, but the colors themselves are good. Also next time add a border
