Currently has only 3 members, and none of them post ive posted on a few other sites to plug my site still no members, I have an introduction i have a sign up introduction and still no members, wanting ideas too put on board, would be greatly appreciated if any hints & tips for getting members and new boards.

Hmm, how about joining similarly related forums and for example providing help and support to them. This way they might join your forums out of respect, with a higher change of an improved registration/visit ratio.
