I belong to a Recumbent Bicycling Group on YAHOO (see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Rocketriding/ ) and we needed to expand with sub-group capability.

So off I went looking and found vB for us to use.(...in time)

Anyway, 3 weeks ago I'd never heard of sql, or php, or cPanel, etc.

Luckily, I managed to D/L vB and get it installed and over the last week or two and even apply a few mods & skins to it.

I just got vBa's CMPS installed, as we plan to use their vBa Directory Link Product. B-o-y, there's sure a LOT to all this and getting things to function together. ha, ha I'm about worn out and am far from being done!

Oh well, that's MY story and how I came to be here. Just hoping to read some informative threads where others might have gotten help here.
