Thanks for joining. Jack, seriously, if any member expects to be laughed out for asking a question then i feel they are severly mis-informed. That isnt out way of thinking, administrative experience isnt essential, just a desire to learn and discuss. Which we of course all have.

thankyou very much, i also run a no flaming policy, because i believe we all start somewhere and dont know it all, and because of the forums that all flaming to happen, forum like ours dont get the activity they deserve because people are always on edge to post.
