I have a problem with the other Administrator and the Moderators.

The Administrator often changes the banner, which can get very annoying. I PMed him asking him to stop, but he continues doing it. He isn't active vary much and hardly contributes to the forum. In all, he has done maybe a total of 25 actions that were recorded in the Mod and Admin logs, while I have done basically everything on the forum, totaling over 250. I don't want to take away his administrative powers just yet, but I get the feeling he would'nt do too great with 100+ members.

The Moderators are hardly active, either. I was going to give them a few extra days to get back on, and I emailed them all asking why they haven't been active. Only one Moderator replied, telling me that his computer is broken, and his schools computers don't allow access to Invisionfree forums. I was wondering if I should just de-mod all of them, except the one who replied.

Any feedback welcome.

You would likely be better off starting over with your staff, and reward the people who are active and can do the job with mod/admin powers, though you dont wanna step on other peoples toes and lose them as members as well. Of course, if they arent posting at all, they might as well leave, a member added to the stats is about all they're good for anyway.

Yea, I'm most likely gonna just put them all back to members soon. Only one or two people have posted, excluding me. I'm not sure what course of actions to take with the other administrator.

Here is what he said when asked why he took all the tags down and replaced them with new ones that no one liked:

"Oh, see I took them down because I couldn't see the lettering...then I realized it was just my computer sorry but do you like the new banner??? "

As for the mods, I have decided to revoke all of their powers on February 1, just to give them a little more time to get their act together.

Sorry if this is double posting.

I reset my mod team, and kept some of them cuz after reviewing everything, some of them actually helped out more than I realized.

Sounds like you took the right course of action by removing some of your MODS. That is one of the biggest issues a forum board can come across when their staff isn't up to doing their job.

Hope it all straightens out for you.

Ya, it is.

I de-adminned the other admin after he changed the skin when I told him not to. I also moved the g-mod down to mod, and put a mod up to g-mod. I asked another member to be mod cuz he's active a lot, and I know he can do good, and still waiting for his reply. The problems with the mods/gmods/admins seem to be over, and I'm happy with the current staff now.
