Our forum keeps growing at a fantastic rate and whilst we have a great international team of staff (currently 11) we are looking to increase the size of the team considerably to compensate for the increase in traffic.

11 is alot of staff, even for active forums. I checked your forum...not many members online, buy there's over 20 guest online. I'll check again another day to make sure it's fact, or a Mod.

Clarify that statement for me would you...I hope you're not suggesting what i think your suggesting.... Check the stats while you're at it. PR6 - 30,000+ pages indexed in Google, nearly 3,000 members, 24,000 human posts, 3,500 unique visitors per day, 12,000 page views per day.

It's not a "Chat" community and if you have ever run a tech support site you would know that you always have more people browsing for solutions than registered members posting questions at any one time...it obviously serves as a knowledge base over time as there are no public areas "hidden" to trick people into registering. Post counts are low because...we fix stuff, plain and simple

NOT true on a Tech support site where you need people with all types of skills. Heh, and I'm sure my staff would be really interested in that comment....

PCHF in no way modifies the statistics displayed in the forums. In fact, we were recently forced to move hosts because Googlebots were taking up too much bandwidth (among other things). Rest assured that PCHF does not practice such questionable buisiness practice .

Good luck with the staff search. I've seen plenty of forums doing the same thing, so it's not common to see more browsing than actual active members, especially with the given topic.

We now have 8 new applicants, of which one has already been hired.

With google results like this, we have noticed a massive increase in traffic recently (3500+ Unique visitors per day!!) and will ultimately need more staff!
