A webmaster from another site, has been bothering me ever since I started my site back in March. Acussing me of ripping and whatnot, and has succeeded in getting several webmaster's to go along with his lies, aswell as quite a few member's who frequented both our forum's. Because of this there has been multiple attempts to spam up our site's comment's feature, guestbook, shoutbox, and forum. Resulting anywhere from berating member's, posting porn, etc.. I am getting quite fed up with it to the point I blacklisted this site. A friend confinced me that blacklisting it would only cause more trouble so I took it off. And well, this site wont stop at anything. They have even gone as far as to create screenshot's from an old site supposidly that no one even ever knew off, and pasted our content into these screens to say they have proof of me ripping.

I have spent several hour's, days, weeks, and even month's on the content I have up on my site. And after all this hard work I am being called a ripper? Is there anything I can possibly do?

OK first off, if he has proof of the ripping, I'd suggest not to do it. What is he accusing you of ripping? Content, images, style, name, theme? Than we can help you just a little bit more.

The only "proof" he has, he has made up. Meaning basically he ripped my content to make some fake screenshot's of a site that never existed and claims I ripped off entire sections of content.

Well he's obviously pretty immature. Just go about your business. Any intelligent person will see that these other guys are just desperate to give you a bad image. Ban the users that are only there to wreak havoc. If they are really that consistent to continue, then they really have no lives. Eventually they will quit. I have had this happen to me way too many times..

Try adding a "copyright" than it might make people do it.

File a report to the company supporting your forum. There is also a mod that will help you delete post and what not just by entering a members name. The bots deletes all post by that member.
