Member of the Month Guidelines
Each month a new winner, each month a better community.

For a new feature for The Staff Lounge, yet knowledgable by all members hopefully. For those unaware of the system, each month on the 1st of that particular month a nominating procedure will be undertaken for the "Member of the Month", where members and staff vote alike on the member they think has been doing their best to serve the community, improve the forums and be overall the best member. Then at the at the start of the proceeding month a month long voting procedure will be taken for members to vote for their winner.

This is identical to the Board of the Month process, so this allows for greater consistancy between the two repetitive competitions and so you dont get your wires crossed over their time origins.

The winner of this competition will only receive great kudos and a place in our Member of the Month Hall of Fame. Sadly big money prizes will not be handed out, you guys have enough competitions to fight over anyway!

Here are some guideline breakdowns:

• Firstly although both staff members and members can vote and nominate, only actual members, (including those Elite Members, Site Sponsors and Premium Members), can be nominated.
  
• You can nominate two members every single month, and there are no restrictions for how many months a particular member can win the award and be nominated to win the award.
  
• Whilst we accept that campaigning to win the award by happen if it in any way is involving discriminatory comments against another competing member then the appropiate action will be taken against you, and you will be removed from the listings.
