May i start off by saying that your current forum skin is very unique and matches well with your current forum theme. Although i would recommend getting perhaps a competition started up which could possibly attract businesses to come and compete in return for perhaps some advertising and some prizes which would appeal directly to businesses themselves.

Perhaps try doing some market research too in order to grasp a better idea of what your target audience (business startups, and businesses in general), are looking for when accessing a community forum.
