I think it isnt that obtrusive and at the same time maintains a professional and fluid attitude. Also, some people dislike colored skins whereas this one is much more neutral and calming.

Well, I chose that style because blue is my favorite color, personally, and one that I often design with. The style itself presents a professional image and could easily be altered in shade using Photoshops' Hue alteration feature.

i dont like any of the extremepixels skin.It's too much common now a days.Get your skin from other websites or a custom skin is a best option.
