Yeah just add your forums to the appropiate category. Allowing us to compile a list of directory forums which can hopefully a) Drive more traffic to your forums, b) Help out our members in conducting either market research or trying to find an interesting forum of particular speciality.

There are no catches, only that you need to be in the Registered User group in order to post links; you are automatically promoted to that group once you have gained 10 posts and are moved from the Inactive User's group. Apart from that there are no link backs, continual requirements etc .. just post in your site URL and a helpful and informative description and give others the opportunity to find your forums once again

Yes. Hopefully this will develop some affiliations, which in turn can bring members here. Like the ideas, Mike. The "Inactive" User Group may discourage members from posting or drive them to post more and upgrade their User Group. Personally, I think the members who just joined should be informed of the features they are missing with the low post count. That may motivate them to stay and post, so they can get the fullest out of TSL.

The longer they stay, the more likely they are to stay long term. That's my philosophy.

Ryan they are being informed. If you are are an Inactive User then you get a little box displayed directly above the navigation table; welcomming them to TSL and explaining what they can and cannot do as in their current usergroup.

I think the recreation directory would be suitable.
