What is it about?

The Staff Lounge's Referral competition is all about getting people to the forums, using your unique Referral ID, firstly to order to find our Unique Referral ID visit your User CP page, and viewing the Quick User Stats table, and viewing the last line in this table; from there view the following statement: "Invite your friends to join our forum by linking them here via the following link." This link, would serve as an appropriate advertisement for your account and the Staff Lounge at the same time.

How does this work?

Basically when a user registered with The Staff Lounge, they are assigned a specific User ID value, which corresponds to what member number they are. For example, but i am the first member to register my User ID value is 1. Therefore my Referral link is http://www.staff-lounge.com/register.php?referrerid=1 by handing this URL to a prospective member when they register the system will automatically recognise that you have referred this member to The Staff Lounge. Marking this in the Admin Control Panel records. This will be how the competition will be judged.

What are the prizes?

Like with our previous competition, there will be three prizes. These will be increasing in value and demand the higher you move. In order to a prize you will have to refer more people than anyone else.

• 1st Place: If you refer more people than anyone else, and finish first in our Leader Board you will win yourselve a vBulletin Owned License which granted you to unrestricted use of the license, compared to a Leased License which you have to renew after one year.
  
  
• 2nd Place: If you refer more people than anyone except our first place winner you will be luck for receiving a 6 month hosting account courtesy of Mohammad Haris. This account details 600 MBs of Disk Space and 10000 MBs of Bandwidth, this prize has kindly been donated by Mohammad Haris of www.enthonia.com
  
  
• 3rd Place: Finish in Third Place of our Leader Board, and your in luck. Because you'll receive a total of 2 domains registered in your name courtesy of The Staff Lounge, the domains will be registered for a year. And can be any top level extention, e.g., .com, .net, .org, .us, .co.uk

Additional Information

The league will be constructed by Referrals made starting from the competitions starting date, hence, previous referrals will not count towards the overall leader board. All accounts registered under a duplicate IP will be investigated, all accounts must be unique. The deadline for the competition, will be two weeks from now, so from our opening date of Sunday the 13th of November the competition will then close and winners be announced on the 27th of November 2005

But of course, i still do my fair share of GFX every now and then, although it isnt as fluent as i would have liked it to be. We can at least adopt this sort of banner for our competitions altering the right hand image to compliment each one.
