I just realised that the latest update of Element was missing one file.
I highly recommend that all customers using Element Blue , re download the skin package from the Members Area and upload this file to they're vbulletin installation.
/clientscripts/vbulletin-sidebar-blue.js
The sidebar JavaScript is used to control the sidebar toggle image on forumhome (Element Blue Only)

Manual instruction are also provided in the post above if you do not wish to re upload the css files.
