Site goes down after I add superadministrator

Loading ...I edited the config.php file
and changed
$config[’SpecialUsers’][’superadministrators’] = ‘1′;
to
$config[’SpecialUsers’][’superadministrators’] = ‘1,5′;
After this the site goes down.
